- Zest of one lemon
- ¼ cup - finely chopped fresh herbs
- 1 ½ teaspoons - Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ teaspoons - honey
- ½ tsp - salt
- ⅓ cup - extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
