Tips & Tricks (5)
- Asparagus Snap Technique 🌿Naturally trim asparagus by gently bending each spear - it will break exactly where the tough woody part meets the tender stem, ensuring perfect texture every time.
- Garlic Infusion Hack 🧄Mince garlic and let it sit for 10 minutes before roasting to activate its beneficial enzymes and maximize its flavor-enhancing potential.
- Uniform Roasting Trick 🔥Arrange asparagus in a single layer with minimal overlap to ensure even caramelization and prevent steaming instead of roasting.
- Oil Distribution Pro Tip 💧Use your hands to massage the olive oil and seasonings directly onto each asparagus spear, ensuring complete and even coverage.
- Crispy Edge Secret 🥬For extra crispy edges, pat asparagus completely dry before oiling and roasting to remove excess moisture that prevents proper browning.
