Instructions
1
Remove the biscuits from the can and use a small biscuit cutter or sharp knife to cut out the center of the biscuit. Save the cut outs and use them to make donut holes.
2
Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
3
Place 4 biscuits in your air fryer (more or less, depending on the size of your air fryer). Cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
4
Once done cooking, remove. Allow to slightly cool as they will be hot.
5
Place your butter in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together your cinnamon and sugar.
6
Dip both sides of your donut in the butter, then immediately dip both sides in your cinnamon sugar mixture. Set aside.
7
Repeat steps 1 – 4 until all of your biscuits are cooked, and dipped in cinnamon sugar.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Preheat Your Air Fryer 🌡️Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for 3-5 minutes before cooking to ensure even browning and prevent the biscuit dough from cooking unevenly on the outside while remaining doughy inside.
- Don't Skip the Cinnamon Sugar Coating 🥄Brush warm donuts lightly with melted butter immediately after air frying, then toss in cinnamon sugar while still warm—this ensures the coating adheres perfectly and creates that signature crispy-sweet exterior.
- Use a Donut Mold for Perfect Shape 🍩Invest in a silicone donut mold or air fryer donut rack to create uniform, evenly-cooked donuts with consistent hole sizes that cook through at the same rate.
- Space Matters for Air Circulation 💨Arrange donuts in a single layer without overlapping to allow hot air to circulate completely around each piece, ensuring golden-brown results on all sides rather than pale spots.
- Let Biscuit Dough Come to Room Temperature 🧈Remove canned biscuit dough from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before cooking so it rises properly and develops a light, fluffy interior while the exterior crisps beautifully in the air fryer.
