Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Yeast Activation Magic 🌈
Ensure your warm water is precisely between 100-110°F to activate the yeast perfectly without killing it - use a kitchen thermometer for accuracy.
  • Dough Hydration Secret šŸ’§
Let the naan dough rest for 30-45 minutes after kneading to allow gluten development and create a more tender, stretchy bread texture.
  • Garlic Infusion Technique šŸ§„
Crush fresh garlic and mix it directly into melted butter to create a more intense and evenly distributed garlic flavor when brushing the naan.
  • Air Fryer Spacing Hack šŸ½ļø
Cook naan in batches and never overlap pieces, ensuring each naan has enough space for crispy edges and even browning in the air fryer.
  • Yogurt Moisture Trick šŸ„›
Use full-fat Greek yogurt at room temperature to help create a softer, more pliable naan with better rise and texture.
