Tips & Tricks (5)
- Marinade Magic 🔮Marinate the pork tenderloin for at least 2-4 hours before cooking to allow the honey mustard, Worcestershire, and soy sauce blend to deeply penetrate and tenderize the meat.
- Air Fryer Positioning 📐Ensure proper air circulation by not overcrowding the air fryer basket and positioning the pork loin roast in the center for even, crispy exterior and juicy interior.
- Brown Sugar Caramelization 🍯Brush the brown sugar and honey mixture during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking to create a stunning caramelized glaze without burning.
- Seasoning Layer Technique 🌶️Create a dry rub first with poultry seasoning, then add wet ingredients to help the spices adhere and create a more complex flavor profile.
- Oil Misting Trick 💨Lightly mist the pork with olive oil before seasoning to help spices stick and promote a more even, golden-brown crust.
