Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Healthy fries may sound too good to be true, but these Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries are just that! They’re air fried in just a bit of oil so they’re low in fat, yet they’re addictively crispy. They’re an easy, gluten-free side dish that cooks up in about 15 minutes!

- Step 1
Peel the sweet potatoes, then place on a cutting board. Cut into 1/4" uniform pieces.
- Step 2
Combine the oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, then toss with the sweet potato fries in large bowl until well coated.
- Step 3
Place the fries in the air fryer in a single layer, then cook at 390 degrees for 13-15 minutes until golden brown and tender, flipping about halfway through. Enjoy!
