    Combine all of the berries and mint in a large bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Make the honey lemon syrup by whisking together the lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey in a small container.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the honey lemon syrup over the berries and toss gently to combine.

    Using an electric hand mixer (or even a stand mixer) and a separate bowl, whip together the heavy cream, mascarpone, honey, and salt until it forms soft peaks.

  5. Step 5

    Serve the berries with some mascarpone cream on top, and garnish with more lemon zest and mint, if desired.
