Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.
2
In a saucepan add the butter, and melt until browned and nutty.
3
Add the browned butter to a large bowl, along with 1⁄2 of the Biscoff spread. Whisk until the Biscoff completely melts into the butter. Then add the brown and white sugar, whisking together until combined.
4
Crack in the eggs and pour in the vanilla. Whisk the mixture until smooth and shiny.
5
Sift in the flour and salt, folding together until a thick batter is formed.
6
Fold in the butterscotch and chocolate chips, along with half of the crushed Biscoff cookies.
7
Transfer to the parchment covered baking dish and spread the Biscoff batter evenly.
8
Top with extra chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and crushed Biscoff cookies.
9
Bake for 25-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
10
Let the brownies cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
11
Melt the other half of the Biscoff spread in the microwave, and top with brownies with the melted spread.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Room Temperature Ingredients 🌡️Bring eggs, butter, and Biscoff spread to room temperature before mixing to ensure smooth emulsification and even distribution of flavors throughout the batter.
- Swirl Strategy for Texture 🌀Drop spoonfuls of Biscoff spread onto the batter and swirl gently with a knife rather than fully blending to create distinct pockets of cookie butter that stay fudgy and gooey.
- Underbake for Fudginess ⏱️Remove brownies when a toothpick inserted in the center still has moist crumbs clinging to it—they'll continue cooking as they cool, resulting in that perfect fudgy texture.
- Crush Biscoff Cookies Strategically 🍪Reserve half the crushed Biscoff cookies to fold in at the end and sprinkle on top before baking, preserving their texture and creating delightful cookie pieces throughout.
- Combine Chips Wisely 🍫Use roughly equal parts butterscotch and semisweet chocolate chips but add the chocolate chips last, coating them lightly in flour to prevent sinking to the bottom during baking.
