Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Cookie Crumb Perfection 🍪
Crush Biscoff cookies into two different textures - fine crumbs for the batter and larger chunks for topping to create textural complexity in your brownies.
  • Biscoff Spread Swirl Technique 🌀
Warm the Biscoff spread slightly before swirling to ensure smooth, beautiful marbling throughout the brownie batter.
  • Chocolate Chip Layering 🍫
Mix butterscotch and semisweet chocolate chips in different ratios to create a more complex and nuanced sweetness in your brownies.
  • Precise Baking Temperature 🌡️
Bake brownies at 325°F instead of 350°F to prevent overcooking and maintain a fudgy, moist center.
  • Cooling and Setting Trick ❄️
Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for 1 hour to achieve clean, precise cuts and intensified flavor.
