Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Sugar Caramelization Magic 🍯
Pat chicken breasts completely dry before applying brown sugar to ensure perfect caramelization and prevent steaming instead of browning.
  • Garlic Intensity Control 🧄
Mince garlic ultra-fine or use a microplane to distribute flavor evenly and prevent large garlic chunks burning during baking.
  • Chicken Thickness Matters 📏
Pound chicken breasts to an even 1/2-inch thickness to guarantee uniform cooking and prevent dry edges or raw centers.
  • Oil-Sugar Balance 💧
Mix extra-virgin olive oil with brown sugar to create a smooth, clingy glaze that adheres perfectly to the chicken surface.
  • Resting Rack Technique 🍽️
Let baked chicken rest on a wire rack for 3-5 minutes to prevent soggy bottoms and maintain crisp caramelized exterior.
