Buffalo Cauliflower
Messy, spicy, and with a hit of vinegar tang, these bites are just as tasty as the original chicken wing version created late one night at a Buffalo, New York bar. Only this version is vegetarian, and Keto diet-friendly! The recipe is a Yummly original created by Angela Brassinga.

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Step 2
Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil. Set aside.
- Step 3
Separate the cauliflower into florets 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide, but include any smaller pieces, as well.
- Step 4
Combine the oil, nutritional yeast, and seasonings in a large bowl and stir until well combined. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Step 5
Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 6
Bake the cauliflower on middle rack of oven until well browned in spots and tender-crisp (check with a fork), about 15 minutes. While the cauliflower bakes, make the sauce.
- Step 7
Place the hot sauce and melted butter in a large bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
- Step 8
Check to see that cauliflower is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
- Step 9
Add the hot cauliflower to the sauce mixture and toss to coat.
- Step 10
Transfer cauliflower to a platter. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
