Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls
Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are a fun way to enjoy spicy chicken with a zingy sauce inside of a crunchy egg roll. This chicken roll recipe is everything that you want from a chicken dip, easily wrapped up into egg roll wrappers, which makes them perfect for snacking. This southwest chicken egg roll recipe is great for get-togethers, snacking or using up leftovers. It is a great appetizer.

- Step 1
Season chicken breast on both sides.
- Step 2
Cook on medium high heat until completely done Shred fully cooked chicken with mixer or forks Add shredded chicken to a large bowl.
- Step 3
Mixing cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, buffalo or hot sauce, and melted butter.
- Step 4
Mix until fully incorporated, if cream cheese is not spreadable warm up the mixture for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Step 5
Lay flat side down until ready to cook.
- Step 6
Add vegetable oil to a dutch oven and heat to 350 degrees F. Fry in vegetable oil on medium high heat until all sides are browned. Drain on paper towels before serving.
