Corn on the Cob Cupcakes
Corn on the Cob Cupcakes are fun and whimsical, ideal for a backyard cookout or picnic. These cupcakes are super easy to make and decorate, but the results are so cute. Making Corn on the Cob Cupcakes only takes a few minutes because you start with a box cake mix and premade frosting. - Step 1
Bake cupcakes per recipe and cool completely.
- Step 2
Pipe a smooth swirl of frosting on cupcake.
- Step 3
Place rows of M&M’s standing up across the cupcake, alternating colors to look like real corn.
- Step 4
Use 2 cupcakes per corn cob.
- Step 5
Place the corn skewers in the outside of each cupcake as shown.
