Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Always reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining - its starchy consistency is crucial for creating a silky, emulsified sauce that clings perfectly to the pasta.
- Sausage Browning Technique 🥩Break down the Italian sausage into small, uniform pieces while cooking to maximize caramelization and ensure even flavor distribution throughout the sauce.
- Cheese Layering Trick 🧀Add cheeses gradually and off-heat to prevent breaking, stirring continuously to create a smooth, velvety sauce without graininess.
- Burrata Placement Perfection 🌟Place the whole burrata ball on top of the pasta just before serving, allowing it to slightly melt from the residual heat and create a luxurious, creamy finish.
- Seasoning Balance 🌶️Toast dry spices like garlic and onion powder in olive oil before adding other ingredients to intensify their flavor and reduce raw, powdery texture.
