Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Always reserve 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining - it's the secret to creating a silky, emulsified sauce that clings perfectly to giant noodles.
- Tomato Paste Caramelization 🍅Cook the tomato paste for 2-3 minutes before adding other liquids to develop a deeper, more concentrated flavor and eliminate any raw tomato taste.
- Cream Integration Technique 🥄Add heavy cream off the heat and stir continuously to prevent separation and ensure a smooth, luxurious sauce texture.
- Garlic Infusion Trick 🧄Gently crush garlic cloves before mincing to release more oils and maximize the aromatic flavor in your sauce.
- Cheese Melting Mastery 🧀Grate Parmesan fresh and add it off the direct heat, stirring slowly to create a creamy, even cheese incorporation without clumping.
