Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine brownie mix, eggs, olive oil, and flour. Divide dough and hand roll into one tablespoon balls.

Roll cookie dough balls in powdered sugar until well coated.

Press extra sugar onto top of the cookie dough balls.
- Step 6
Place cookies 2 inches apart on a lined baking sheet to account for expansion while baking.

Bake for 11 minutes and remove to a cooling rack with a cookie spatula.
