Tips & Tricks (5)
- Protect Your Candies 🍫Reserve half your Cadbury Mini Eggs to add after baking—fold them in gently while brownies are still warm so they soften slightly without melting completely into the batter.
- White Chocolate Tempering 🤍Melt white chocolate in short 20-second microwave bursts, stirring between each, to prevent seizing; swirl it into the batter just before pouring for beautiful marbled ribbons.
- Oil-to-Mix Ratio Upgrade 🛢️Use slightly less vegetable oil than the box calls for and substitute with melted white chocolate to enhance richness and create a more luxurious crumb texture.
- Underbaking Strategy ⏱️Pull brownies 1-2 minutes before the mix package suggests—they continue cooking as they cool, ensuring fudgy centers that won't dry out when topped with delicate candy.
- Strategic Egg Placement 🥚Press whole Cadbury Mini Eggs gently into the batter surface in the last 2 minutes of baking so they nestle into the brownies while staying visually prominent for that festive Easter presentation.
