Tips & Tricks (5)
- Brown Butter Enhancement 🧈Replace half the vegetable oil with melted brown butter to add depth and richness that elevates the blondies beyond basic cake mix flavor.
- Underbake for Chewy Centers 🍪Remove blondies from the oven 2-3 minutes before the package suggests when a toothpick still shows a few moist crumbs—they'll set perfectly as they cool for that ideal chewy texture.
- Toast Your White Chocolate 🍫Lightly toast the white chocolate chips in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes before folding into the batter to develop complex caramel notes and prevent them from sinking.
- Heavy Cream Moisture Secret 🥛Add an extra 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to the wet ingredients to create an impossibly fudgy interior while maintaining structural integrity.
- Strategic Sprinkle Placement 🌈Reserve half your rainbow sprinkles to press into the surface just before baking and fold the rest into the batter for bursts of color and flavor throughout.
