Easy Cake Mix Blondies
Cake Mix Blondies are rich, chewy and full of flavor. When you don’t have time to make them from scratch, this great recipe comes in handy. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease pan.
- Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the entire box of cake mix with ½ cup of sprinkles.
- Step 3
Mix in oil, egg, and heavy cream until well combined.
- Step 4
Add in white chocolate chips.
- Step 5
Scoop batter inside a greased 9×12 or 8×8 pan and flatten. Batter should be thick.
- Step 6
Top with remaining sprinkles.
- Step 7
Bake for 20-30 minutes until the edges are brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle. The center may be gooey.
- Step 8
Cool the bars completely for about 45-60 minutes before cutting them.
