Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Shrimp Seasoning Secret 🍤
Pat shrimp completely dry before seasoning to ensure the taco seasoning sticks and creates a perfect crispy exterior when roasting.
  • Sheet Pan Pro Tip 🥘
Line your sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent the shrimp from sticking, while still achieving a beautiful golden-brown color.
  • Timing is Everything ⏱️
Add bell peppers and onions to the sheet pan 5-7 minutes before the shrimp to ensure they're perfectly roasted but not overcooked when the shrimp is done.
  • Tortilla Temperature Hack 🔥
Warm your tortillas directly on the sheet pan for the last 2 minutes of cooking to get a slight char and keep them soft and pliable.
  • Fresh Topping Balance 🥑
Prepare your pico de gallo and guacamole while the shrimp is cooking to ensure maximum freshness and temperature contrast with the hot shrimp.
