Instructions
1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3
Arrange the naan on the baking sheet. Drizzle an equal amount of olive oil over the surface of each piece.

Finely mince the garlic.
5
Sprinkle the naan pizzas with the minced garlic. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over each naan piece. Drop small amounts of ricotta cheese equally over them. Sprinkle each pizza with Italian seasoning.
6
Bake the pizzas on middle rack of oven until naan is crisp and cheese is bubbly and golden, 12-15 minutes.
7
Check to see that pizzas are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
8
Allow pizzas to cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Top with basil ribbons and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if desired, then slice and serve. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Toast Your Naan First 🔥Lightly toast the naan in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes per side before adding toppings to create a crispy base that won't get soggy from the cheese and garlic.
- Infuse Your Olive Oil 🧄Heat your extra-virgin olive oil with minced garlic over low heat for 2-3 minutes before drizzling to develop a rich, aromatic garlic oil that distributes flavor evenly across the pizza.
- Layer Your Cheeses Strategically 🧀Spread ricotta first as a creamy base layer, then top with mozzarella, and finish with Parmesan to ensure even melting and prevent the delicate ricotta from burning on top.
- Add Basil at the End 🌿Place fresh basil leaves on the pizza after cooking rather than before to preserve their vibrant flavor, color, and aroma that would otherwise be lost to heat.
- Use Room Temperature Ricotta 🎯Remove ricotta from the refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking so it spreads smoothly and melts more evenly, creating a creamy, consistent texture throughout your pizza.
