3
Top each cottage cheese cup with 1 tsp of raspberry jam and swirl it in with a toothpick.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Strain Your Cottage Cheese 🧈Place cottage cheese in a fine-mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth for 30 minutes to remove excess whey, creating a creamier, more concentrated texture that freezes beautifully.
- Balance Sweetness with Maple 🍁Use pure maple syrup instead of sugar to add depth and prevent crystallization during freezing, resulting in smoother bites with complex flavor complexity.
- Freeze on Parchment First ❄️Pipe or dollop mixture onto parchment-lined trays and freeze for 2-3 hours before transferring to airtight containers, preventing bites from sticking together and making them easier to serve.
- Fold Fresh and Jam Separately 🫐Add fresh raspberries gently at the very end and swirl jam through just before freezing to maintain distinct berry pockets and prevent the mixture from becoming a uniform purple color.
- Temper Before Serving 🥄Remove bites from the freezer 2-3 minutes before serving to allow slight softening, making them creamy and cheesecake-like rather than rock-hard.
