Fruity Pebble Cupcakes

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and fill cupcake tin with liners.
- Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and egg whites. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium until batter is smooth.
- Step 3
Fold in ¾ cup of the Fruity Pebbles Cereal.
- Step 4
Once batter is smooth, fill cupcake liners until each is about 2/3 full. Sprinkle a pinch of Fruity Pebble cereal on top of batter before baking. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool fully before frosting.
Vanilla Buttercream

In a clean, large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat 1 – 1/2 cups of softened butter until fluffy.
- Step 6
Slowly incorporate powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Add vanilla extract and a tablespoon of yogurt and cream between each cup. Continue to mix until creamy and light.
- Step 7
Fill your piping bag with buttercream and frost cupcakes once they are cool. Top with remaining Fruity Pebbles cereal. Enjoy!
