Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Butter Infusion Technique 🧈
Melt butter with minced garlic slowly to release maximum flavor, allowing the garlic to become fragrant without burning.
  • Cheese Melting Mastery 🧀
Grate your own cheese and add it during the last 2-3 minutes of baking to achieve the perfect golden, bubbling cheese topping.
  • Chicken Breast Prep Pro 🔪
Pound chicken breasts to an even 1/2-inch thickness to ensure uniform cooking and prevent dry edges.
  • Seasoning Layer Lock 🌶️
Pat chicken completely dry before adding seasonings to help Italian herbs and salt adhere better and create a more flavorful crust.
  • Moisture-Locking Technique 💦
Create a quick foil tent for the first half of baking to trap moisture, then uncover to allow cheese to brown and crisp.
