Stir together the butter, brown sugar and salt in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil and whisk constantly while boiling for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread into an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 7-9 minutes or until bubbling for a few minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Let sit for 5 minutes before using a spatula to spread the chocolate into an even layer. Let the toffee bark cool fully and harden before breaking into pieces. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Butter Consistency Magic 🧈Use room temperature butter and melt it slowly to create a smooth, even toffee layer that prevents separation and ensures a silky texture.
- Cracker Placement Precision 📏Arrange graham crackers in a tight, single layer without gaps to create a perfect base that allows the toffee to evenly coat and crisp up.
- Chocolate Melting Mastery 🍫Sprinkle chocolate chips immediately after removing the toffee from the oven, allowing residual heat to melt them perfectly without burning.
- Toffee Temperature Technique 🌡️Cook the brown sugar and butter mixture to exactly 285-290°F (soft crack stage) for a brittle, crisp toffee that doesn't become sticky or burnt.
- Cooling and Breaking Hack ❄️Refrigerate the bark for 30 minutes before breaking to ensure clean, crisp pieces and allow chocolate and toffee to set completely.
