Instructions
1
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8 inch by 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
2
In a mixing bowl, add melted chocolate, Greek yogurt and coconut sugar. Stir to combine.
3
Then, pour in milk. Stir until a runny batter forms.
4
Add in flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Stir to combine.
5
Fold in chocolate chips. Batter will be very thick like cheesecake filling.
6
Transfer batter to the lined pan. Spread into one even layer.
7
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until just barely set in the middle. These brownies will firm up slightly as they cool.
8
Finally, remove from oven. Allow brownies to fully cool before slicing.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Don't Overmix the Batter 🥣Stir until ingredients are just combined—overmixing develops gluten and creates cake-like texture instead of the desired fudgy, gooey center.
- Chop Dark Chocolate into Chunks 🍫Cut your dark chocolate into irregular chunks rather than using only chips; larger pieces create pockets of melted chocolate that enhance the decadent, fudgy quality.
- Underbake for Maximum Gooeyness ⏱️Pull brownies from the oven when a toothpick inserted in the center still has moist crumbs clinging to it—they'll continue cooking as they cool and set perfectly gooey.
- Use Greek Yogurt at Room Temperature 🌡️Allow yogurt to warm to room temperature before mixing to ensure smooth incorporation and prevent lumps that can create uneven texture throughout the brownies.
- Cool in Pan Before Cutting 🧊Let brownies cool completely in the pan for at least 15-20 minutes before cutting; this prevents crumbling and allows the fudgy structure to set while remaining moist inside.
