Healthy Granola Recipe
This healthy granola is lightly sweetened, using whipped egg white or aquafaba for a crunchy texture instead of extra oil. It’s a versatile base that can be customized with your favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruits, or spices. A sugar-free version with erythritol is also possible, making it perfect for a guilt-free snack. Golden and crisp, it pairs wonderfully with yogurt, milk, or fruit bowls, and keeps fresh for several weeks in an airtight container.

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) fan / 190°C (375°F) conventional.
- Step 2
Roughly chop the nuts and mix them with wheat bran, rolled oats, flaxseed, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Step 3
Whip the egg white (or aquafaba) in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Step 4
Stir the agave syrup and coconut oil into the dry ingredients, then gently fold in the whipped egg white.
- Step 5
Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smoothing it as evenly as possible. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then flip with a spatula and bake for another 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 6
Remove the granola from the oven, let it cool completely, and then transfer it to an airtight container for storage.
