Instructions
1
Remove the honeydew rind and cut the fruit into cubes. Place into a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze it. It should take about 3 hours to freeze, but you could also freeze it overnight.
2
Add water to a blender, followed by the cucumber, yogurt, honey, lime juice, salt, and frozen honeydew.
3
Blend until smooth. If it has trouble blending, use a tamper or add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
4
Taste for sweetness and add more honey if desired (if your cucumber is bitter, you might want more). Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Freeze Melon Cubes in Advance 🧊Cut honeydew into cubes and freeze overnight instead of using fresh melon; this creates a naturally thick, creamy texture without diluting the smoothie with melting ice.
- Toast Sea Salt for Enhanced Flavor 🧂Lightly toast the sea salt in a dry pan for 30 seconds before adding to intensify its mineral notes, which beautifully complements the melon's sweetness and cucumber's freshness.
- Strain Yogurt for Extra Creaminess 🥄Line a strainer with cheesecloth and drain your Greek yogurt for 1-2 hours before blending to remove excess whey, resulting in an ultra-rich, milkshake-like consistency.
- Blend in Two Stages for Smoothness ✨First blend frozen melon with liquid ingredients until slushy, then add yogurt and cucumber separately to prevent over-mixing, which preserves a silky texture and prevents separation.
- Use Fresh Lime Juice with Zest 🍋Express fresh lime juice immediately before blending and add a pinch of zest on top; this captures bright citrus aromatics that fade quickly and ensures maximum acid balance with the honey.
