5
Dredge the chicken filets in the seasoned flour mixture until completely coated.
6
Place the oil in the preheated skillet and once oil is hot, add the chicken filets.
7
Brown the chicken on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.

9
Immediately after the chicken is removed from the oven, drizzle with the hot honey.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pound Chicken Evenly 🔨Pound chicken breasts to uniform ¾-inch thickness to ensure even cooking and prevent dry edges while centers remain tender.
- Double-Dredge for Crunch 🥖Dip floured tenders in a beaten egg wash, then coat again in the seasoned flour mixture for an extra-crispy, golden exterior without deep frying.
- Infuse Hot Honey with Heat 🌶️Warm your honey with the hot seasoning for 2-3 minutes before drizzling to activate flavors and ensure the spice coats evenly throughout.
- Pan-Sear at the Right Temperature 🍳Heat oil until shimmering (around 350°F) and sear tenders 4-5 minutes per side without moving them to develop a golden crust that mimics fried texture.
- Rest Before Drizzling 😋Let cooked tenders rest for 2-3 minutes before applying hot honey—this allows the coating to set while the chicken retains internal moisture for maximum juiciness.
