Italian Pan Seared Pork Chops
Pan Seared Pork Chops take just 20 minutes to make and are topped with a delicious pan sauce! Season both sides of pork chops with All Purpose Seasoning Blend.
- Step 2
Evenly coat both sides of the pork chops with Porketta Seasoning Blend.
- Step 3
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Step 4
Add sliced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes or until oil is fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic).
- Step 5
Add pork chops to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes; flip and cook for 3-4 minutes more or until cooked through to 145 degrees.
- Step 6
Remove chops from pan and cover with foil.
- Step 7
Add butter to skillet and melt.
- Step 8
Whisk in chicken stock, juice from lemon and lemon zest.
- Step 9
Let sauce simmer and reduce by half, about 3 minutes.
- Step 10
Place chops on serving platter and top with reduced sauce.
