Tips & Tricks (5)
- Moisture Locking Technique 💦Pat pork chops completely dry with paper towels before seasoning to ensure a perfect golden-brown sear without steaming.
- Pan Sauce Magic 🥄After searing pork chops, deglaze the pan with chicken broth and scrape up the flavorful brown bits for an instant, restaurant-quality pan sauce.
- Seasoning Layer Strategy 🧂Create a multi-dimensional flavor profile by first using the porketta seasoning blend, then finishing with a light sprinkle of all-purpose seasoning just before serving.
- Butter Basting Brilliance 🧈During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, add butter and garlic to the pan and continuously spoon the aromatic butter over the pork chops for extra richness.
- Citrus Brightness Hack 🍋Finish the dish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the pork chops right before serving to add a bright, acidic note that cuts through the richness.
