Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Moisture Magic 💦
Pat tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels before seasoning to ensure perfect crispy exterior and prevent steaming instead of baking.
  • Citrus Layering 🍋
Use both lemon zest and fresh lemon juice to create a multi-dimensional citrus flavor profile that penetrates the delicate fish.
  • Butter Basting Technique 🧈
Melt butter and mix with minced garlic before pouring over fish to create a rich, aromatic coating that prevents dryness.
  • Herb Infusion Trick 🌿
Crush dried Italian seasoning between your fingers before sprinkling to release essential oils and maximize flavor intensity.
  • Perfect Baking Position 🥘
Position fish fillets in a single layer on a slightly tilted baking sheet to allow excess moisture to run off, preventing soggy texture.
