- Sprite Selection Secrets 🥤Use room temperature, freshly opened Sprite for maximum carbonation and lift in your cake batter, ensuring a lighter, more airy texture.
- Lemon Zest Intensity 🍋Microplane fresh lemon zest directly into the batter for a more intense, bright citrus flavor that goes beyond extract.
- Frosting Temperature Trick 🧊Chill cream cheese and butter for 15 minutes before beating to create a perfectly smooth, lump-free frosting with superior spreading consistency.
- Moisture Maximization 💦Poke small holes in the warm cake with a fork before frosting to allow the creamy topping to seep into the cake, creating ultimate moisture and flavor absorption.
