Tips & Tricks (5)
- Liquid Ratio Magic 💧Maintain a 1:1 ratio of liquid to oats, using a combination of milk and kefir for optimal creaminess and probiotic benefits.
- Date Sweet Hack 🍯Finely chop or blend the Medjool date before mixing to ensure even sweetness distribution throughout the overnight oats.
- Layering Technique 🥣Create beautiful visual layers by adding chia seeds between fruit and yogurt, allowing each ingredient to shine and prevent sogginess.
- Berry Preservation Trick 🫐Add fresh berries just before serving to maintain their texture and prevent them from becoming mushy during overnight refrigeration.
- Texture Optimization 🥄Let the overnight oats sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before eating to soften the oats and improve overall mouthfeel.
