Overnight Oats
This delicious breakfast in a jar is prepared the night before, making it the perfect healthy grab-and-go breakfast. You can easily customize it by choosing different dried fruits, types of fresh fruit, or additional ingredients. Plus, it can be made in large batches, making it ideal for any meal-prep routine.

- Step 1
Pit and chop the date, then mix it with the rolled oats, chia seeds, kefir, and milk in a jar.
- Step 2
Spread the berries on top (do not stir) and cover the jar. Refrigerate overnight. Alternatively, fresh fruit or berries can be added the next morning.
- Step 3
Take the jars out of the fridge, optionally top with fresh yogurt, and serve or take on the go.
