Tips & Tricks (5)
- Floret Size Matters 🥦Cut or break cauliflower florets into uniform, bite-sized pieces to ensure even roasting and consistent caramelization.
- Maximize Parmesan Crispiness 🧀Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in the last 3-4 minutes of roasting to create a golden, crispy cheese crust without burning.
- Prevent Soggy Edges 💨Use a large baking sheet and spread florets in a single layer with space between them to allow moisture to evaporate and achieve perfect roasted texture.
- Oil Distribution Technique 🫒Toss cauliflower in oil using a large bowl with a lid or sealed plastic bag to ensure every piece is evenly coated for optimal browning.
- Seasoning Pro Tip 🧂Season cauliflower just before roasting to prevent salt from drawing out moisture, which can lead to steaming instead of roasting.
