Pesto SpaghettiOs (Anelli Pasta with Creamy Pesto Sauce)
Instructions

In a pan over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add anelli pasta and stir to coat in garlic butter mixture.

Pour in chicken broth (enough to cover pasta) and bring to a simmer.

Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried parsley.

Cook pasta in the broth, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender.

Stir in heavy cream and pesto. Bring to a simmer.
