Instructions
1
|
Use a sharp knife to cut the pan of brownies in half lengthwise, then cut each smaller section into 7 triangles. The ends will not be used.
2
|
Arrange the brownie triangles on a tray or baking sheet.
3
|
Cut the Reese’s Cups in half. Break the pretzels in half.
4
|
Mix the powdered sugar and milk together to form a thick icing. You need it not to be too thin or it will spread over the sides of the brownies.
5
|
Working in batches of 3, so the icing doesn’t harden before you can decorate, Drop a little onto the center of the brownie, and use the spoon to work it down and out – slightly rounded, then up. You want to not quite touch the edges.
6
|
Now add a half Reese’s Cup towards the top for the hat, then two candy eyeballs underneath. Drop an orange sprinkle between and slightly under the eyes.
7
|
Arrange two of the same color M&Ms down the middle for the buttons.
8
|
Arrange two pretzel halves on either side of the “snowman”.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Brownie Base Perfection 🍫Use a box mix for consistent texture, but add an extra egg and replace water with milk for a richer, more moist brownie base that holds its shape better.
- Snowman Assembly Technique 🧊Cut brownies into circles using a round cookie cutter or glass rim to create perfectly shaped snowman bases, ensuring uniform appearance and easier decoration.
- Frosting Hack 🥄Mix powdered sugar with just enough milk to create a thick, spreadable frosting that acts as 'glue' for attaching decorations and provides a smooth, snow-like finish.
- Precision Decorating 🎨Use tweezers or a toothpick for precise placement of small decorations like candy eyes and M&Ms, ensuring a professional and neat final presentation.
- Structural Support 🏗️Use a mini Reese's Cup as a sturdy base for the snowman, providing stability and an extra layer of delicious flavor to your holiday treat.
