Instructions
1
Use a sharp knife to cut the pan of brownies in half lengthwise, then cut each smaller section into 7 triangles. The ends will not be used.
2
Arrange the brownie triangles on a tray or baking sheet.
3
Cut the Reese’s Cups in half. Break the pretzels in half.
4
Mix the powdered sugar and milk together to form a thick icing. You need it not to be too thin or it will spread over the sides of the brownies.
5
Working in batches of 3, so the icing doesn’t harden before you can decorate, Drop a little onto the center of the brownie, and use the spoon to work it down and out – slightly rounded, then up. You want to not quite touch the edges.
6
Now add a half Reese’s Cup towards the top for the hat, then two candy eyeballs underneath. Drop an orange sprinkle between and slightly under the eyes.
7
Arrange two of the same color M&Ms down the middle for the buttons.
8
Arrange two pretzel halves on either side of the “snowman”.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Chill Your Brownies First ❄️Refrigerate brownies for at least 2 hours before decorating to firm them up, making stacking easier and preventing candy from sinking into warm brownies.
- Use Royal Icing or Frosting as Edible Glue 🧁Create a thick frosting or royal icing to act as adhesive between brownie layers and for securing candy decorations, ensuring your snowman structure stays intact.
- Toast Pretzel Sticks Lightly 🥨Briefly toast pretzel sticks in a 300°F oven for 3-4 minutes to enhance crunchiness and prevent them from becoming soft when pressed into the frosting.
- Apply Powdered Sugar as Final Dusting ✨Dust powdered sugar on the assembled snowman just before serving to create an authentic snowy appearance and improve visual appeal.
- Organize Decorations Before Assembly 🎨Arrange all candies, sprinkles, and toppings in small bowls before you begin so decorating flows smoothly and your snowmen look uniform and professional.
