Tips & Tricks (5)
- Ferrero Rocher Meatball Perfection 🍫Freeze the Ferrero Rocher candies for 15-20 minutes before using to help them maintain shape when placed in the cupcake 'spaghetti'.
- Spaghetti Frosting Technique 🍝Use a piping bag with a thin round tip to create realistic spaghetti strands with the vanilla buttercream frosting, creating a more authentic look.
- Color Contrast Magic 🎨Mix a tiny amount of cocoa powder into the red buttercream to create a more realistic 'sauce' color that doesn't look artificially bright.
- Cake Mix Moisture Hack 💧Add an extra egg and replace water with milk in the cake mix to create a more dense, moist cupcake base that holds its shape better.
- Presentation Pro Tip 🍽️Dust the 'spaghetti' with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar to mimic grated parmesan cheese for an extra convincing visual effect.
