Strawberry Chocolate SunButter Cups
These homemade SunButter cups with strawberry jam are the perfect nut free and dairy free treat! It only takes 4 ingredients to make this fun and healthier twist on Reese's cups.

- Step 1
Line a muffin pan with eight paper liners.
- Step 2
Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring frequently, until smooth. Pour about 2/3 of the melted chocolate into the bottoms of the paper liners. Brush chocolate about halfway up the sides. Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Step 3
Add 2 teaspoons of SunButter into each chocolate cup and spread around evenly. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Step 4
Add 2 teaspoons of strawberry jam to each cup and spread around evenly. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
- Step 5
Spread the remaining melted chocolate on top. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 6
Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to a month. The filling will stay creamy in the fridge, and it will firm up in the freezer.
