Toffee Cheesecake Bites
Toffee Cheesecake Bites are so easy to make and require little effort. Your family will go nuts from these no bake Cheesecake bites. These mini cheesecake bites are the perfect little sweet treat. - Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer, until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3
Form mixture into one inch balls, and set on the baking sheet.
- Step 4
Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Step 5
Line another baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 6
Add the chocolate wafers to a small bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each heating session, until fully melted.
- Step 7
Remove the cheesecake balls from the freezer, and dip them one by one into the chocolate. Then set on the clean sheet of parchment, and top with toffee.
- Step 8
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
