Ube Brownies
These soft and gooey purple ube brownies get their bright fun color from ube extract! They taste like the sweet Filipino yam and have a thin sugary crust that crackles when you cut them. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8 inch by 8 inch pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the melted butter with white chocolate chips. Stir until creamy and smooth. If needed, microwave until melted.

Then, stir in the sugar, ube extract, and eggs. Stir to combine.

Add in the gluten free flour. Stir until a creamy brownie batter is achieved.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Smooth into an even layer.
- Step 6
Bake for 24 to 27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
- Step 7
Finally, remove from the oven. Allow the brownies to cool for an hour before slicing into.
