Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2
|
In a baking dish, add cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and mix to coat.

Add reserved pasta water and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
8

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Tomato Caramelization Secret 🍅Use room temperature cherry tomatoes and spread them in a single layer to ensure even caramelization and prevent steaming.
- Feta Placement Precision 🧀Place the entire feta block in the center of the baking dish, surrounded by tomatoes, to create a perfect melting environment.
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Always reserve 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining, which helps create a silkier, more emulsified sauce when mixing.
- Spice Layer Strategy 🌶️Mix dry spices like garlic powder, onion powder, and red chili flakes with olive oil first to distribute flavors more evenly.
- Fresh Basil Technique 🌿Tear fresh basil leaves instead of chopping to prevent bruising and preserve their vibrant flavor and aroma.
