Tips & Tricks (5)
- Feta Whipping Technique 🧀Allow feta and heavy cream to come to room temperature before whipping to ensure a smoother, more consistent sauce with no lumps.
- Truffle Oil Finishing 🍄Drizzle truffle oil as a final garnish off the heat to preserve its delicate, aromatic flavor and prevent flavor degradation from cooking.
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Reserve at least 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining, as it's crucial for adjusting sauce consistency and helping the sauce cling to the pasta.
- Garlic Infusion Hack 🧄Toast garlic gently in butter at medium-low heat to release its flavors without burning, which can create a bitter taste.
- Texture Balance Trick 🥄Whip the feta sauce until it's smooth but still has a slight texture, which adds complexity and prevents the sauce from becoming too uniform.
