7
Garnish with your favorite sauces and condiments (mine is this Whole30 ketchup)!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Double-Dredge for Maximum Crunch 🥣Dip each chicken tender in beaten egg, coat with seasoning, then dip in egg again and recoat for an extra-crispy, thick crust that won't fall off during cooking.
- Pat Chicken Completely Dry 🧻Use paper towels to thoroughly dry the chicken tenders before breading—moisture prevents proper adhesion and creates steam instead of crispness.
- Use Medium Heat for Even Cooking ♨️Cook at medium (not high) heat for 5-6 minutes per side to allow the seasoning to crisp up while the chicken cooks through without burning the exterior.
- Pound Tenders to Uniform Thickness 🔨Gently pound chicken tenders to even thickness so they cook at the same rate and reach 165°F internal temperature simultaneously for perfectly juicy results.
- Let Seasoning Bloom Before Breading 🌱Toast the Everything But The Bagel seasoning in a dry pan for 30 seconds before mixing with egg—this releases essential oils and intensifies the savory flavors dramatically.
