Using a spiralizer, form zucchinis into zoodles. Place in skillet with sliced onion and let cook for a few minutes. Add in the sausage and marinara, sprinkle in some salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper, let cook for about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
