Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pasta
This Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pasta is the ultimate creamy and comforting dish. Juicy, seasoned chicken is pan-seared to golden perfection, then tossed with tender pasta and broccoli in a rich, garlicky Alfredo sauce. - Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Add broccoli florets during the last few minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Step 2
Season chicken with salt, pepper, half of the garlic powder, onion powder, and dried basil.
- Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Step 5
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat and season with remaining garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 6
Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce. Stir in Parmesan cheese and a splash of reserved pasta water.
- Step 7
Return cooked chicken to the pan and mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Step 8
Serve hot, optionally topped with more Parmesan.
