Easy Egg and Cheese Casserole
Breakfast does not get easier than this casserole. Simply whisk 3 ingredients together with some salt and pepper, and bake! If you like, top the dish with some chopped chives or green onions for a pop of color. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Step 2
Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 4
Add the shredded cheese. Fold with a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
- Step 5
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Step 6
Bake the casserole on middle rack of oven until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.
- Step 7
Check to see that casserole is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
- Step 8
Allow casserole to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. Cut the casserole into squares, or simply spoon onto plates.
