High Protein Low Cal Banana Bread Mini Muffins
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper cups.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add almond milk, coconut sugar, egg, protein powder, and mix well.

Fold in the Fit Flour and baking powder until combined.

Optionally stir in Lily’s chocolate chips.

Spoon the batter evenly into the mini muffin cups.

Bake for about 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
