Tips & Tricks (5)
- Noodle Breaking Technique 🍝Break lasagna noodles into 1-2 inch pieces before adding to the soup to ensure even cooking and easier eating without sacrificing the classic lasagna flavor profile.
- Cheese Layer Hack 🧀Create a creamy cheese base by mixing ricotta with heavy cream and grated Parmesan before stirring into the soup, ensuring a smoother, more luxurious texture.
- Flavor Bloom Magic 🌶️Toast dry spices like garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in the olive oil for 30 seconds before adding meat to intensify their aromatic compounds and deepen the overall flavor.
- No-Stick Pot Trick 🥄Use a wooden spoon or silicone spatula when stirring to prevent pasta from sticking and ensure even cooking, especially at the bottom of the pot.
- Cheese Melt Perfection 🔥Remove the pot from direct heat when adding mozzarella and letting it melt to prevent scorching, creating those perfect stretchy cheese pulls.
