Tips & Tricks (5)
- Size Matters 📏Cut broccoli and cauliflower florets into uniform sizes to ensure even roasting and consistent texture throughout the dish.
- Moisture Magic 💧Pat the vegetable florets completely dry with paper towels before roasting to achieve maximum crispy edges and prevent steaming.
- Flavor Layering 🌶️For deeper flavor, toast your garlic powder briefly in a dry pan before sprinkling it over the vegetables to enhance its nutty, aromatic qualities.
- Spacing is Key 🍽️Use a large baking sheet and spread florets in a single layer with space between them to ensure proper caramelization and prevent soggy vegetables.
- Oil Distribution Trick 💦Toss vegetables with olive oil in a large bowl using a circular motion to ensure each floret is evenly and lightly coated for perfect roasting.
