Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine ricotta, softened cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Mix until smooth.

Arrange garlic cheese bread along the edge of an oven-safe baking dish.
