Instructions
1

Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Floret Size Consistency 🔪Cut cauliflower into uniform, bite-sized florets to ensure even roasting and prevent burning of smaller pieces.
- Maximize Garlic Flavor 🧄Mince garlic finely and let it sit for 10 minutes before mixing with olive oil to activate its most potent flavor compounds.
- Space Matters for Crispy Edges 🔥Use a large baking sheet and spread florets in a single layer with space between them to achieve crispy, golden-brown edges instead of steaming.
- Oil Coating Technique 💦Toss cauliflower in oil using your hands to ensure each floret is evenly and lightly coated, which promotes better caramelization.
- High-Heat Roasting Secret 🌡️Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to create the perfect environment for achieving a crispy exterior and tender interior.
