Tips & Tricks (5)
- Seasoning Penetration 🧂Mix the dry spices thoroughly and let the pork loin sit with the seasoning for at least 30 minutes before roasting to allow deeper flavor absorption.
- Oil Coating Technique 🫒Massage the olive oil into the pork loin before adding spices to help the seasonings adhere and create a more even, flavorful crust.
- Even Cooking Trick 🥩For uniform cooking, bring the pork loin to room temperature for 20-30 minutes before roasting and consider tying it with kitchen twine to maintain a consistent shape.
- Moisture Preservation 💦Place a shallow pan of water on the bottom rack of the oven to create humidity and prevent the pork from drying out during roasting.
- Crispy Exterior Hack 🔥For a golden, crispy exterior, finish the pork loin under the broiler for 2-3 minutes after reaching the desired internal temperature.
